XS Sports Seated Leg Curl & Extension Machine Quads Hamstrings Press

What a great piece of kit! Had an older cable crossover machine which was plate loaded and needed to find something more space efficient - I am so glad I switched to this. When bolted to the wall it's incredibly sturdy - doesn't move at all when lifting, or even if you grab the uprights and try and shake it, there's no movement. It's also such a massive time-saver moving from plate loaded to a weight stack, I'm annoyed I didn't switch sooner! The mechanism is smooth, all the parts feel high quality - I'll have to make some labels to go on the stack, but otherwise absolutely ideal. When building it I unfortunately misplaced one of the plastic washers but got in contact with XS Sports and they sent me a replacement part out that arrived the next day. Would recommend to anyone looking for a compact cable machine.

This is an excellent machine and great vaue for money. I also contacted their support team on a number of times and they were extremely helpful. The only small crticism I have is the instruction diagrams are difficult to read and would benefit from being bigger and more detailed especially when connecting and threading the cables.

XS Sports CT310 Replacement Cross Trainer Tension Belt

I was worried this would take up too much space but it fits perfectly in my mini gym. Really sturdy & ideal for me as a busy mum if I want a quick work out.

Great to find replacement springs are available (probably the most common thing to break) and fitting shouldn't have been too difficult. However I managed to fit the spring the wrong way round and had to remove it and refit. Now that was difficult to take care to get it right first time! Once fitted my rowing machine is like new!

Let's be clear, the folding rowing machine is not for high performance training. But if you need good quality, space saving machine that can keep you fit and do some moderate workout while watching TV, XS Sport R090 is excellent option for the price. The build is sturdy and reassuring. And if you do 300 strokes even in the middle settings it's a pretty good training. Folded it goes beneath my sofa and that's another positive thing in my book. It was display that counts as well. I'm impressed actually that one can buy this for 60 quid now days. I can only highly recommend. Thanks.

My rowing machine is probably more than 10yrs old. It's a BodySculpture (or something?) 3160. The supplier was unable to offer any spares in view of its antiquity.
So I took a chance on this spare spring.
I had to modify the spring where it fits into the inner drum, but other than that, fitting the new spring into the drum was fairly straightforward. The worst part was cleaning away all the molybdenum disulphide grease from the original spring & drum
So it's given, hopefully, a new lease of life.
