Shipping & Returns

🚚Our warehouse will be closed from Monday 20th July to Friday 31st July.  All orders received during this time will be shipped Monday 3rd August🚚.

Customer support will still be open during this time.

At XS Sports, we're committed to getting your order to you quickly and securely. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays) from when we receive them.

If the product is on a pre order then despatch details will be made clear on the product page.

Parcels over 5kg are sent via Parcelforce or APC Overnight for next working day delivery across most of the UK, with full tracking provided upon dispatch. As standard, this is not a timed service, and deliveries are normally made between 8am and 6pm.  You will receive a 2 hour delivery ETA on the morning of your delivery and can track the delivery directly on the carriers website.

Heavy and bulky items may be shipped via our pallet network (specified on product page).  This will be a book in service and they will contact you to arrange delivery on a day to suit you.  Generally this takes 2-5 working days from despatch.

Smaller items travel via Royal Mail 48 (2-7 working days), with options to upgrade to Royal Mail 24 or guaranteed next day delivery. Additional charges apply to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, and certain postcodes—contact us for details on your delivery costs. 

We accept returns of most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  Items must be returned in unused, undamaged condition; any damage may result in deductions or refusal of the return. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.  If you cancel the order after we have despatched it / refuse delivery then your order will be refunded when the carrier returns the item to us, minus their return costs.

You can expect your refund within 14 days of handing your package to the return shipper, though it often arrives sooner. This includes transit time (5-10 business days), our processing time (3-5 business days), and your bank's processing time (5-10 business days). To initiate a return, log into your account, find your order under "Complete Orders" in the My Account menu, and select "Return Item(s)". We'll email you once your return has been received and processed.  Alternatively you can send us a message via the contact form.
